Luraco Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty
Luraco is the only massage chair manufacturer that we carry that includes a warranty for commercial use in addition to their residential warranty. Take a look at the information below to see what is offered with both.

For Home Use: Luraco includes a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers in-home service and labor for 3 years and parts for 5 years. All 5 years of the warranty cover the frame against manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. The leather carries a 10 year warranty.

For Commercial Use: This chair includes a 2-year manufacturers warranty for commercial use. The first 6 months includes both parts and labor at no cost to you. Cost of parts is covered at no cost to you for the first year. The structural framework of the massage chair is covered for the entire 2 years of the warranty.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from:

Improper installation alterations, or modifications of original condition, or unauthorized repairs
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, and power surges
This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including leather or fabric covering.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidental or neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product. Implied Warranty
Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use and 2-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
In no case will LURACO be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
LURACO shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alteration of this product.

Free Curbside Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

Threshold Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

Threshold Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

White Glove Delivery – Average shipping time 10-16 Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.

30-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy

While we fully believe in every product we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or that your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day hassle-free Return Policy for most of our products.

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • The chair must return with no damages to qualify for the flat-free return.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Simply contact a Universe of Comfort expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Please note that our return policy applies to orders within the continental US only. If your chair was shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally, the shipping fees likely amounted to $800-$1200 each way.

In the unlikely event of any quality issues with your chair, we are committed to finding a resolution. We will work closely with you to facilitate repair, replacement, or exchange. However, if you decline these options, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.
