Your sauna will ship from our warehouse within the next two business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. We will email you a tracking number once it's available. If you notice any irregularities with the tracking, please contact us, and we will look into it. The freight carrier will reach out to you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery date and time, Monday through Friday, with a 4-hour window. They will not deliver without first speaking to you.
Please note that shipping times are approximate and may vary due to environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier availability. Last-minute appointments may occur and are managed by the carrier.
If R+L Carrier is the carrier, they will deliver without an appointment and will notify you on the morning of delivery via email and text.
The sauna will be delivered in one box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units, all strapped to a pallet. Deliveries are made by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Please address any delivery concerns (remote areas, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, etc.) with us before your sauna ships.
Once the driver unloads the sauna, please inspect the boxes for any damage. Note any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes for inspection. Refuse the delivery if you see any softball-sized holes in the packaging, as this likely indicates forklift damage.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

To register your sauna's 5-year warranty, please submit the required information on Golden Design's website at http://goldendesigninc.com/warranty/. You can use either the order confirmation email from us or the delivery receipt as proof of purchase. The serial number (S/N) can be found on a sticker on the sauna’s front panel, a plaque on the rear panel, or on the carton. Please complete the registration within 60 days of your purchase date, including the proof of purchase.

The power supply/control box is positioned on the sauna's roof. The power cord, which is approximately 10 feet long, extends from the power supply box on the roof. It can be routed down either side of the sauna room or along the rear wall panel.
