All saunas ship Free of Charge from our California Warehouse wrapped and palletized for your Freight Carrier. Depending on your location in the country your sauna will be delivered within 7-14 days of your order. Your Freight Carrier will call you to schedule an appointment which you have 3 days to accept without incurring storage fees. When the sauna arrives it will come on a lift gate truck. The liftgate will lower your palletized sauna to the ground and the driver will use a pallet jack to move the sauna off the street. Special Delivery Requirements will incur an additional fee.
